What types of cookies do you sell?

We sell a variety of completely indulgent homemade, small batch cookies. Please visit our Hotplate Storefront to see current offerings. If you have a question about a specific cookie, we'd love to hear from you.

Do you ship your cookies?

No, shipping is not an option under Virginia Cottage Food Law.

Can I place an order for cookies outside of a Pop Up or Pick Up?

Yes, whether it's a different pickup date, a custom quantity, or a special occasion, we'd be happy to accommodate when the kitchen allows.

Gluten Free Or Vegan Options

We MAY offer a recipe time to time that meets this criteria however, we bake in our home and use the same kitchen utensils and small appliances for all recipes. We clean between batches and wipe down surfaces however, we can not guarantee cross-contamination does not occur.

Ingredient and allergen information is listed on individual product pages whenever applicable. If you have questions prior to ordering, please reach out - we're happy to help when we can.

Returns + Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup so we can address it accordingly.

Produced in a home kitchen operating under cottage food law.

The Pink Crumb Society is a home-based micro bakery operating under the Virginia Cottage Food Law and is not subject to routine government food safety inspections.

We are licensed in Rockbridge County, VA.

All baked goods are prepared in a kitchen that may handle common allergens including, but not limited to, wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. While we take care in our preparation to avoid cross-contact, cross-contamination may occur.
